Black n White with color

This photo was taken in october of 2010 outside my house. I used auto setting without the flash on. This photo is the original with no corrections made.

This is the same photo except for just the desaturated corrections i made to it.

This is the same picture as the one above, but with corrections made. I desaturated this picture, and the erased the color of the leaf only, then I moved the levels around to give it a darker look than the uncorrected photo.
I like this photo better because the backround makes the leaf stand out more and look more vibrant.

Photo cleanup

This photo was taken in September of 2010 in a classroom.
This is the original photo uncorrected. I used fast moving for the scene selection with the flash on as well.

This is the same photo above that has been corrected by using spot healing brush, and the patch tool as well.
I tried many things like spot healingand the  patch tool to make the blurr disapear from the photo when i removed the black cords, but nothing worked.

This is the same photo as the two above, with the same corrections plus I adjusted the levels of light.
I like this corrected photo better because the colors of the fish seem more vibrant.

color replacement

This photo was taken in September of 2010 outside my house. This is the original photo with no adjustments made.

This is the same picture that has been adjusted. I used the quick selection tool to select the flower and lightened it using the replace color tool in adjustments, I slid the hue to the right, the saturation to the left and the lightness to the right also...... and I set my curve level at 37 to give it a tint.
I like the color replacement photo better because it has more of the green color leaves and the flower looks more natural in my opinion.

Lines in natural spaces

This is the same photo as below with corrections made.... I adjusted the output level to 23 and the input level to 42. i like this photo best because it adds a little bit of depth in the color to the leaves and the backround.

October, 2010 this photo was taken. I used sunny scene without flash. This photo not only shows the steps of my house, but it shows that there are some things on life that are not so beautiful ( like the camper for instance) And there are things in life that are perfect the way they are ( like the bush and the camper together) Thats the way life is...... sometimes you see things that are breathtaking, and sometimes you see things that just seems right.

Land and sky

This is the same photo as below with corrections made. First I used the healing brush tool to get rid of the telephone wire that is hanging in the un-corrected photo below. Next i adjusted the levels so 40 was the input and 5 was the output level. Then last step that I did was I moved the curves level output to 255, and the input to 223. i like this photo better because it shows more vivid colors, and that the wire was removed as well.....
Plus the lightness of the sky makes the picture a little spooky as well.
This picture was taken on October 10, 2010 on a winding road. I used auto scene without flash. This photo has not been corrected. I like this picture because it shows the beauty of  land that nature is still here..... even though people want to destroy its beauty.

This is the same photo as below with adjustments made. I first used the healing brush tool to remove the little strip of the white cloud because it did not look natural, Then i made the adjustments input level to 28 and I kept the output level at 0. The last step that I did would be to move the curves around by putting the input level at 31 and i kept the output level at 0.
out of these two sky photo's this one is my favorite because i like the color of the sky and tree tops better.

This photo was taken in October of 2010. It was taken in my driveway. This is the sky shot that I love because it not only shows the sky, but the changing of the leaves too.

! Diagnal shots !

This photo was taken on October 10, 2010 on my road. This is the original non- corrected picture. I used auto scene with sunny selcted on the menue without flash.

This is the same photo..... It has been altered a little to show the green color of the leaves. I adjusted the brightness to the up passes the 30's and the contrast up past the 20's
I like this picture most because like I said, it brings out the green tint of the leaves which I like better than the original non-corrected photo.
I think that this photograph follows the diagnal rule because it shows interest from the bottom left of the trees all the way up the road along the tree line

This photo was taken in September of 2010. I used auto settings without flash.

This is the same picture that i corrected. I used photoshop brightness and contrast adjustments to make the picture lighter.

These pictures were both taken on the auto setting. They were taken outside next to a school building. I like the corrected photograph because it shows more light and the green color of the grass and flower are lighter and look more appealing to the eye.
